About

LDK Seniors' Living

LDK Seniors’ Living villages, offer a genuine continuum of care in world-class purpose-built communities. Every aspect of our business has only one thing in mind - our residents. The highest quality care is what we will deliver.

We strongly believe that Australia’s seniors should be treated with Love, Decency and Kindness in their aged care journey. These are our core values and we live and breathe by them in everything we do.

Our One Move Promise® is that when our residents move into an LDK Seniors’ Living village, they will never have to move again. From living independently through to end of life care, our team delivers tailored care to each resident, allowing them to remain at home in one of our villages.

Greenway Views
Our purpose-built LDK Seniors’ Living village at Tuggeranong, Canberra welcomed its first residents in January 2020. True to our vision, we have brought together the best aspects of retirement living and aged care at Greenway Views, to create a vibrant and secure community that our residents can call their own. Every new home at our village has been designed with every need in mind.

The Landings
The Landings is our most recently acquired LDK Seniors’ Living village, on the Upper North Shore of Sydney. Residents here enjoy stunning landscaped gardens and sunny courtyards, all within a fun and vibrant village environment. With spacious villas and airy, well-appointed apartments, every home has been thoughtfully planned with plenty of room to entertain family and friends. Each home is surrounded by lush, green landscaped gardens that our residents are very proud of.
