Conveniently located just off Logan Road in Brisbane’s south, Mt Gravatt Aged Care Residence offers accommodation options to suit all budgets and requirements. Surrounded by well-established gardens and close to amenities, our residents experience premium Aged Care with home-style comforts, an onsite Chef, and a full lifestyle program, to keep our residents healthy, active, and engaged.

Eight separate wings, each featuring a private dining and lounge room, have been placed around a picturesque courtyard to create a close and intimate community. The result is an dynamic, busy residence brimming with life and activity.

Our secure dementia wing includes a private garden that allows high care dementia residents to safely enjoy the indoors and outdoors. The nearby Mount Gravatt Retirement Community makes this residence the right choice for couples with different care needs.

 

Your Care

At TriCare Mt Gravatt, we have the capacity to support up to 152 seniors with an emphasis on personalised care that focuses on your interests and requirements. You are in good hands as our staff care deeply and have a heartfelt desire to help you make the most of every day.

Two exclusive wings feature single rooms with an ensuite and an attractive private dining room. Companion rooms with an ensuite are also available. Each room opens into a courtyard or garden, allowing for plenty of fresh air and physical activity.

Your care is in the experienced hands of our Registered Nurses and Carers who are on duty 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can relax knowing there is an emergency call system, so help is never far away.

Other health services are available such as physiotherapy, podiatry, diversional therapy, speech therapy, GPs and pharmaceutical services.

Every meal is a treat thanks to our in-house Chef who delights in preparing a wide choice of tasty, nutritious meals using fresh ingredients. Our priority is your health and well-being throughout every aspect of your life, so you can live each day with joy and fulfilment.

Unique test can predict if you have dementia up to nine years earlier

An international research team led by Queen Mary University of London, UK, has developed a new method for predicting dementia with an over 80 per cent accuracy and up to nine years before diagnosis.
