We are well aware that the decisions involved in moving into residential care can cause rising levels of concern both personally and for your loved ones. You will find us completely attuned to your needs, and dedicated to helping both you and your family adapt to the many changes ahead.

RFBI Concord Community Village is set in a long-established and dynamic Sydney suburb. It offers easy access to the city via bus or train and the huge Rhodes shopping centre is within walking distance.

You will be looked after in a loving and caring environment where compassionate care and attention to your needs are our number one priority. At the same time, we strive to help you keep your lifestyle as active and fulfilling as your health permits.

You can choose to simply relax or take part in some of our wide range of activities such as: concerts, parties, celebrations of special occasions and more. And you'll find it a pleasure to relax in our outdoor walking paths, garden areas and large common courtyard.

We are extremely lucky to be supported by the Concord Ladies Auxiliary who provide special weekly morning teas, a Friday afternoon Happy Hour plus a special bus for weekly trips

Your private room is generously proportioned single with an en-suite bathroom, spacious wardrobes, sensor lighting and ceiling fans. There is a quiet area for you and visiting family or friends, as well as a covered outdoor courtyard.

In all the village accommodates 62 residents in 40-bed residential care beds and a 22-bed residential care secure dementia unit. Each wing consists of a common lounge area with kitchenette, ceiling fans and air conditioning.

Our residential care village consists of four cottages, each housing 10 single en-suite bedrooms with spacious wardrobes, ceiling fans and air conditioning units.

We encourage you to bring your personal belongings to make your feel at home, and we have space for some larger items. Each room has a computerised monitoring system tailored to your individual needs.

Rooms in our secure dementia cottage also come with a personalised computerised monitoring system. The cottage has a spacious, open lounge and dining area, with ducted air conditioning for your comfort.
