CAMERON GLEN SUPPORTED LIVING VILLAGE IS A NEW STYLE OF SENIOR LIVING

For those thinking of downsizing from their traditional family home into something that requires far less maintenance, Retirement Villages are the perfect option.  Cameron Glen Supported Living Village takes it one step futher, not only giving you the freedom to enjoy your retirement years, it provides you and your family with peace of mind, knowing that when the time comes, our care staff are on hand to support and assist you with your ever changing needs.

We offer all levels of assistance, tailored to your requirements.

The personal safety and security offered by Cameron Glen is one of the main attractions for our residents and their families.  Having village staff on hand 24 hours a day, 7 days per week to provide support and assistance in not only an emergency, but activities of daily living, ensures you can rest easy.

For your safety, residents are provided with a personal pendant that can be activated in case of an emergency.  The alarm connects you to our on site care staff, who can assist or contact emergency services, a family member or friend according to your requests.

Cameron Glen offers a variety of accomodation options from fully self contained 1 bedroom villas through to a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom with double garage Villa.  We know the importance of companionship and welcome family pets

Purchasing at Cameron Glen Supported Living is stress free and simple:

*  A $1000 fully refundable holding deposit will secure your new home, whilst you ready the family home for sale

*  Stamp duty is not payable when moving in to Cameron Glen Supported Living Village

*  If you change your mind after occupation, residents are protected by a 90 day settling in period under NSW legislation.  Should you give notice in writing within the 90 day period, we will terminate your contract without penalty, refund your in-going contribution in full, less fair market rent for the time you were in occupation.

All residents pay recurrent charges.  These fees contribute towards the daily cost of operating the village.  It is important to know that Cameron Glen does not profit from these charges.  Costs covered by the Recurrent Charges include:

*  Land rates

*  Water rates and water usage

*  Electricity for common areas and community facilities

*  Repairs and maintenance of common areas including gardens

*  Building insurance

*  Village management and staff

*  24 hour emergency assistance

*  Some organised social activities, including morning tea each day in the Community Centre

*  Village bus

*  Maintenance, repair and replacement of supplied capital items including air conditioner, ceiling fans, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, cooktop, rangehood, oven, washing machine, dryer and window furnishings
